What class suits you?We offer a range of yoga classes and to all different levels. You are welcome to drop in any time, no reservation necessary. New to Yoga? We recommend Warm or Hot Foundation. Hot or Warm? Hot – 38 – 40 Degrees Celcius - a natural cleanse and detox for your body. Through guided postures, work up a sweat and allow the heat to help loosen the muscles and work deep into those connective tissues. Bring a towel! Warm – 28 – 30 degrees celcius – truly find your breath and body awareness. Building heat from with-in and allowing breath to drive every aspect of you practice. Hot ClassesHot Foundation (recommended if new to yoga) - all levelsLearn the yoga basics – breath, alignment and foundational postures. Allow the heat to help your body open up and naturally cleanse. Foundation classes will move slower and our instructors will safely guide you through each posture. Modifications will be given allowing each student to work to their body's own potential. Hot Flow - all levelsBuilding on Hot Foundation, the pace for Hot Flow 1 allows you to move freely through each posture with cues from our instructors. Play with different sequencing and balancing in each of these classes which are linked together allowing the class to "flow". Some yoga experience is recommended as the class moves at a faster tempo. Hot Fusion - yoga experience recommendedIgnite the fire within through a progressive series of strength and flexibility enhancing postures. An invigorating and fun practice, linking poses together in a unique way that challenges the muscles and the core.
Yang / Yin - all levelsEnergize and restore! The first half of this class will focus on Yang postures to energize and strengthen muscles and joints, while the last half will emphasize Yin postures which are held for a longer duration to restore and heal the connective tissue and cells of the body. All levels welcome. Hot..
Warm ClassesWarm Foundation ( recommended if new to yoga) - all levelsLearn the yoga basics – breath, alignment and foundational postures. Great class if you are looking for a smaller group, allowing more attention from teachers and opportunities to ask questions. Recommended for those just beginning their yoga journey and those looking to broaden their understanding of alignment in traditional postures.
